Cultivating four-season, living up to mission —First Anniversary of Anhui Black Cat
On November 17, 2022, the first anniversary of the establishment of Anhui Black Cat Material Science Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the"Anhui Black Cat")
One year ago, China's carbon black industry leader Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black Inc., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Black Cat”) invested 60% while China's specialty carbon black leader Black Diamond Material Science Co., Ltd. invested 40%, the mixed-ownership reform pilot enterprise Anhui Black Cat officially registered for business.
As the Black Cat Business Unit of Specialty Carbon Black, Anhui Black Cat is fully responsible for the operation of strategic objectives, including but not limited to specialty carbon industry integration, international layout and state-level specialty carbon black technology center set up, and the plans to achieve annual revenue of more than 1.5 billion yuan of specialty carbon black within three years, launch IPO And build the second listed company under Black Cat Group.

In the afternoon of November 17th, the meeting was hosted remotely by Zhou Fengrui, the Senior vice General Manager of Jiangxi Black Cat and General Manager of Anhui Black Cat, who had just finished one and a half months’ long business trip in Europe and arrived at the Australian office after a long flight. Representatives of Jiangxi Black Cat, representatives of Anhui Black Cat's management cadres and representatives of Anhui Black Cat's subordinate production base enterprises are all gathered together to celebrate the first anniversary of Anhui Black Cat.
Zhou Fengrui reviewed the progress of key work in this year, and looked to the future blueprint. Key points mentioned as following:
· Industry Integration
Goal: Anhui Black Cat takes the integration of China's specialty carbon black industry with overcapacity and disorderly competition as its mission.
Review: At present, the production base and first wholly-owned subsidiary acquired by Anhui Black Cat has stepped into a substantive stage, taking a firm step in the integration of the domestic carbon black industry.
Prospect: We are going upstream the current situation and to further promote the integration of our specialty carbon black counterparts, and in 2023 to build a new success!
· International Layout
Goal: In the new market environment, internationalization is no longer just trade or export, but deep localization of sales and service, and even local production and supply.
Review: Since August 2022, Zhou Fengrui, as the senior vice General Manager of Jiangxi Black Cat, personally led the core team of the Overseas Business Unit, and in three months' business trip, he covered more than ten countries on three continents and had a fruitful exchange with international counterparts and customers.
Prospect: We look at the whole picture, and in 2023, we will fully start the preparation and construction of Black Cat's offices and branches in five continents around the world.
· State-level Technology Center
Goal: To standardize and improve the technical standards and application system of specialty carbon black in China.
Review: The project was launched at the beginning of this year, and all preparations for the technical center are steadily progressing.
Prospect: We establish the standards and will officially start the construction of the technical center in 2023 and strive to put it into operation.
· Cadre Training
Goal: To help the platform launch crossover and to establish the cadre echelon.
Review: Over the past year, Anhui Black Cat has added a number of young cadres with great educational background, professional abilities and qualifications, and has transported them to various operation, management and professional work positions.
Prospect: We are unconventional, results-targeted, and the winners to realize the rejuvenation of Anhui Black Cat's cadre echelon.
