On the morning of October 23th, 2021, the signing ceremony of the joint venture cooperation between Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Black Cat) and Anhui Black Diamond Material Science Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Black Diamond) was successfully held in Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province.

Following consensus has been reached between Black Cat and Black Diamond.

Black Diamond is incorporated into Black Cat and set up as the Black Cat Business Unit of Special Carbon Black, with the aim of achieve mutual complementarity in the interest of our common development.

The national special carbon black technology center is to be built within five years, and become the policymaker of national standards for special carbon black, and strive to break international technical barriers.

To realize the industrial upgrading of Black Cat's special carbon black business, and reach the revenue target of over 1 billion yuan within three years.

To lay a solid foundation for the diversified industry development of Black Cat and Black Cat’s target of doubling its revenues in the next three years to come.

Meanwhile, the newly established Anhui Black Cat signed an investment cooperation agreement with Hefei Xinzhan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and economy (Anhui) project of Anhui Black Cat Special Carbon Black Business Unit officially settled in Hefei Xinzhan High-tech Industrial Development Zone.
